We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet expectations, and we want to make the return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which you may return products and request a refund.

By purchasing from Buyzzle, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  2. To be eligible for a return, items must:

    • Be in unused and original condition.

    • Include all original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories.

    • Not be broken, scratched, stained, or damaged in any way.

  3. Products that show signs of use, installation, or wear are not eligible for return.

  4. Certain items may not be returned, including:

    • Clearance or sale items.

    • Customized or special-order products.

    • Items marked “Final Sale.”


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some product categories cannot be returned. This includes:

  • Mats that have been used, washed, or exposed to moisture.

  • Hanging lamps that have been installed or tampered with.

  • Any product damaged due to improper handling by the customer.


3. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@buyzzle.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective or incorrect at delivery.

  5. Returned items must be shipped securely to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using trackable shipping.


4. Inspection & Approval

  1. Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  2. If the product meets the return eligibility criteria, we will approve the return and process your refund or replacement.

  3. If the product fails the inspection (used, damaged, incomplete), the return will be rejected, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.


5. Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  2. Refunds are issued using the original payment method:

    • Credit/Debit Card refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

    • Mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa) will be refunded to the same account.

  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Buyzzle is at fault (e.g., incorrect or defective product).


6. Exchanges

  1. Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or design (subject to availability).

  2. Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

  3. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

  1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. You may be required to provide photos or videos as proof.

  3. In such cases, Buyzzle will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:

    • Check your bank or mobile wallet account again.

    • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary.

    • Contact our support team for assistance.

  2. Buyzzle is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or external factors.


9. International Orders

At present, Buyzzle primarily serves customers within Pakistan. International orders, if accepted, may be subject to additional return restrictions due to customs and shipping limitations. Please confirm with our team before placing such orders.


10. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Buyzzle, you agree to:

  • Carefully inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Keep original packaging intact until you are satisfied with your purchase.

  • Handle products carefully to maintain eligibility for returns.
