- Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and undamaged—with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Please note that customized or personalized mats are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
- If the product is found to be used, washed, or altered in any way, it may affect the eligibility for a full refund or exchange.
Shipping & Handling Costs
- Return Shipping: In most cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item.
- Damaged/Defective Products or Incorrect Orders: If you received a wrong or faulty item, Buyzzle will cover the return shipping cost. Make sure to discuss this with our support team for a prepaid return label or reimbursement.
Processing Your Return

Return Exceptions
- Custom Orders: Items that have been made or altered specifically to your requirements may not be returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
